Aveena graduated from the University of KwaZulu – Natal with her LLB degree in 2007. She served her articles with a firm in Durban whilst completing her post graduate training at the school for Legal Practice.

She was admitted as an attorney in 2009 and admitted as attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2010. In September 2011 she joined AC De Sousa Attorneys and is currently an associate.

She is a highly qualified individual with a proven track record of successful litigation through efficient and meticulous work. Her passion for her work allows her to provide the best legal service for the firm’s clients. Aveena specialises in MVA law, Medical Negligence, Wills and Estates, and litigation in the Magistrates Court, Regional Court and High court.
